Live from New York...

I had a wonderful vacation in New York this passed week.  Shopping, relaxing , dining on fine foods were some of the lovely activities during my trip.  Thank you to my wonderful hostess!  Dorm rooms, essays and the cold are not looking too exciting to say the least.

Barcelona, Barcelona!

After watching Penelope Cruz win the oscar last sunday night, one of the first things i did when i got back to Montreal was watch Vicky Christina Barcelona.  Needless to say Penelope killed it, and the movie made me really want to take up spanish, live in barcelona, and become a fiery and emotional painter: I'll give it a couple years.  Here are some new shots  for her line for Mango with her sister, Monica.

More Than a Feeling

I am really digging Nanette Lepore's New line.

It might have to do with the fact that the line is filled with tights and dresses, or it might be because of the incorporated toque which would be very handy with the current snowstorm in Montreal.  But either way this line caused me to squeal with joy as i gazed through look after look: i hope you are more pleased than the people sitting beside me in the library, Engineering students just don't dig leather skirts and toques, who knew?

Walking on Sunshine

I know i tend to complain quite a lot about the cold weather on this blog. But the fact that it is only -1  outside right now has made summer feel right around the corner.  These past couple months have made me practically forget what shorts even are!  But alas, today i left my toque behind, pulled out my favorite shades, and walked with a little hop to my step as i thought about how legendary my short collection will be come spring.

Calvin klein just came out with a new commercial, and it got banned.  This racy little video, that will show uncensored in Europe, is sure making me want to sport my blue jeans more often. Check it out in its entirety if you dare.
